Strenqo Support and Privacy Requests
How to contact us for product questions, billing issues, account help, or to exercise your data-protection rights under GDPR / UK-GDPR / nFADP / state US privacy laws.
1. General support
For product questions, bug reports, account access issues, billing problems and feedback, write to:
- Email: strenqo-support@strenqo.eu
We reply as soon as practical, usually within 5 working days. For privacy-rights requests (next section) we are bound by the 30-day legal deadline.
2. Privacy-rights requests (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You can exercise your data-protection rights either directly in the Strenqo app (Profile → Support, privacy & legal) or by writing to us.
2.1 In-app (fastest)
- Access / Portability (Art. 15 & 20): Profile → Export my data — three-step flow with email confirmation, returns a JSON file with all your data + signed URLs for your photos
- Erasure (Art. 17): Profile → Account → Delete account — three-step flow with email confirmation
- Rectification (Art. 16): direct edit in profile / workout / nutrition / weight screens
- Withdraw consent (AI Coach / Crash reporting): toggles in Profile → Support, privacy & legal
2.2 By email
If you can no longer access the app, or for any other right (restriction, objection, etc.), write to:
- Email: strenqo-support@strenqo.eu
- PEC (Italian certified email): andreasmondo@ultracert.it
- Subject line: mention the right you wish to exercise (e.g. “GDPR access request”, “Account deletion”, etc.)
- Body: include the email address associated with your account, and any additional information that helps us verify your identity
We respond within one month (GDPR Art. 12.3), subject to justified extension.
3. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence:

4. EU online dispute resolution
For consumer disputes related to online purchases, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
5. Emergencies
Strenqo is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US/Canada, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia, 144 in Switzerland for medical). See the Health Disclaimer for details.
