1. The AI inside STRENQO

STRENQO is the fitness app. STRENQO Intelligence is its AI assistant. When using Intelligence, AI workout or nutrition generation, AI imports, photo estimates or personalised AI briefings, you are interacting with or receiving results from an AI system, not a human coach.

The current service uses Google Gemini for Intelligence and text-based plan work, and Cloudflare Workers AI for selected photo/document analysis and illustration generation. Cloudflare hosts Google Gemma 4 and Black Forest Labs FLUX.2 [klein] 4B for those routes. Andreas Mondo operates STRENQO. The processing table identifies the distinct flows.

AI processing by feature

FeatureInformation sentProcessing services
Intelligence and AI briefingsMessages and the relevant profile, training, nutrition, body and recovery context; memory where enabled.Google Gemini.
Workout and nutrition plan generation; text/file parsingYour request, selected plan/document text, goals and relevant preferences.Google Gemini.
Food-photo analysisThe selected image and the instructions/language needed to estimate its contents.Cloudflare Workers AI using Google’s Gemma model. This is not a call to Google Gemini simply because Google developed the model.
Workout-sheet photos and nutrition-plan imagesSelected pages or photos, potentially including names, annotations or health information visible in them.Cloudflare Workers AI/Gemma; extracted nutrition-plan text is subsequently processed by Google Gemini.
Meal illustrationsMeal and option labels, ingredient descriptions, portions and language. This generation path sends text, not your original food photo.Cloudflare Workers AI with Black Forest Labs FLUX.2 [klein] 4B; an eligible failure can use the implemented Gemini image fallback.
Exercise illustrationsExercise names, equipment and muscle descriptions. Exercise-name classification uses a separate request.Google Gemini for classification, Cloudflare Workers AI/FLUX.2 for generated artwork, with an implemented Gemini image fallback.

2. Information used

Depending on the feature, a request may contain your messages, selected images or files and relevant profile, goals, training, food, body or recovery context. Available memory settings can retain preferences and summaries for continuity. Data can be processed outside Australia, including in the United States.

The privacy policy and provider register describe processing and controls. Disabling the AI data setting blocks the AI features and AI-personalised notifications. It does not automatically delete earlier information or reverse processing already completed. The operator confirms active Cloud Billing for Gemini. Google’s paid-service terms and Cloudflare’s Workers AI data notice limit model-training uses; operational/safety logging and any separately enabled storage remain distinct. See Google terms and Cloudflare data use.

Generated images, shared assets and rights

Meal and exercise artwork can be AI-generated and reused across accounts. It is distinct from a photo you upload. See the photo and AI-image notice for providers, inputs, catalogue reuse, deletion and content rights.

AI availability for younger users

Regional app sign-up thresholds do not override a provider’s additional restrictions. Under-18 access to the current Google Gemini API integration is not cleared for the planned public release. Keeping younger users in STRENQO requires a compatible AI service or written contractual permission and appropriate product safeguards. The current route must not be treated as approved merely because billing is active.

3. What you decide

Generated programmes, suggested edits and estimates should be reviewed before they are saved or applied. Check selected exercises, images, muscles, meal ingredients, portions and all proposed values. You can reject an output and continue using available manual features.

AI may invent details, misread an image or misunderstand fitness context. It cannot verify your medical condition or guarantee safety, allergen absence or a particular result. The service is not intended to make legally significant decisions about you.

4. European AI Act

The EU AI Act can apply to a service offered to people in the EU even when its operator is in Australia. Its Article 50 transparency rules generally apply from 2 August 2026. A first-interaction disclosure and appropriate treatment of generated content must be part of the relevant product experience; this website notice alone is not evidence that every technical obligation has been fulfilled.

Specific duties depend on the system, the operator’s role and the output. No claim of EU certification, regulatory approval or blanket exemption is made. The notice explains the current intended general-fitness use and does not classify future medical or other high-risk uses as permitted.

5. Raise a concern

For an incorrect or unsafe output, contact strenqo-support@strenqo.eu. Give the feature, approximate date and a short description; include a relevant excerpt only if you are comfortable doing so. Never send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. Contact a qualified professional for medical or individual dietary concerns.
