Access and export
Settings → Privacy, data and support includes account export for supported sections. It produces machine-readable account data. Uploaded media may be represented by storage references; request access to additional content or a missing category through support.
Supported outdoor sessions can be exported as GPX or TCX. Optional GPS clipping hides the first and last 200 metres in supported maps and exports, while preserving full activity totals. It does not remove the original stored coordinates.
Original sources and derived information
Apple Health, Health Connect and connected wearable services hold their own source data. 
may store authorised imports, workouts and derived daily estimates. Disconnecting stops the related future connection; historical information already saved may require separate deletion.
’s Recovery, Sleep and Strain scores are its own derived wellness estimates and should not be confused with raw sensor measurements or a wearable brand’s proprietary scores.
EU Data Act
The EU Data Act has applied since 12 September 2025 and includes rules concerning access to data from connected products and related services. Whether a particular function has duties as a related service, data holder or recipient depends on the actual product and data flow. This page does not assert that every record, inference or third-party score falls within the same access right.
