This supplement provides additional information for users in Switzerland. It complements the main Privacy Policy and does not replace it.
0. Controller
Strenqo is operated by Andreas Mondo (sole proprietorship), Via Pianezza 16, 10040 Givoletto (TO), Italy — VAT IT13352600012 — contact: strenqo-support@strenqo.eu.
1. Swiss data protection framework
Strenqo processes personal data of users in Switzerland in line with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023).
2. Sensitive personal data
Fitness, nutrition, wearable, body, image and AI-coaching data may include data on health and therefore qualify as sensitive personal data under nFADP Art. 5.c. Strenqo processes such data only for the requested wellness features and on the basis of your explicit consent, collected at signup and through granular toggles (Profile → Support, privacy and legal).
3. Children
The minimum age to register from Switzerland is 16 years, applied by the controller on a precautionary basis aligning with the EU/EEA standard.
4. Cross-border processing
Strenqo uses sub-processors outside Switzerland, primarily in the European Union and the United States. For transfers to the United States we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where the sub-processor is listed, and on Standard Contractual Clauses as a parallel fallback. See the full list and per-provider safeguards in the Subprocessor list.
5. Rights and requests
You have the right to request access (nFADP Art. 25), rectification (Art. 32), erasure or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights write to strenqo-support@strenqo.eu with enough information to identify your account.
6. Complaint to the supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): edoeb.admin.ch.
