Consumer health data
may collect health-related information you enter or authorise, including body measurements, workouts, food and allergies, sleep, physiological readings and inferences about recovery or activity. Sources are you, connected devices and authorised services. Purposes are the requested fitness features, synchronisation, AI functions when enabled, security and support. The main policy describes categories, retention and recipients.
Recipients can include hosting and AI service providers and the people you deliberately share eligible content with. We do not sell consumer health data or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use health-location geofencing for marketing.
State rights and consent
Depending on residence, applicable thresholds and the information involved, state laws may provide rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and certain profiling. Consumer-health laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act where applicable, can require separate consent for collection or sharing and authorisation for a sale; a general privacy notice does not replace those requirements. Submit a request to strenqo-support@strenqo.eu.
We verify requests proportionately and do not discriminate for exercising protected rights. An authorised agent can act with appropriate authority. If a request is refused, you may appeal by replying to the decision email; available statutory appeal and regulator routes remain intact. Timing follows the applicable state law.
Children and medical records
The current US app sign-up threshold is 13.
is not intended for children under 13. The service is not presented as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider merely because it handles fitness data. This does not remove other federal or state privacy obligations.
