Privacy and health information
The Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply when the service falls within their scope. Small-business status does not automatically exempt an organisation that provides a health service and holds health information.
’s health and fitness data must be assessed by its actual use, not just by a “wellness” label.
Sensitive information requires the applicable consent and permitted purpose. Access, correction, complaints, collection notices and overseas handling are explained in the main privacy policy. We do not treat acceptance of a notice as a blanket waiver of Australian cross-border protections.
Requests and complaints
Contact strenqo-support@strenqo.eu or the postal address with your request. We aim to respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may complain to the OAIC, subject to its jurisdiction and process. The Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies where its statutory conditions are met.
Consumer guarantees
Applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees are preserved, including remedies for service failures. A store billing arrangement does not remove those rights. Our terms explain cancellation and refunds.
Automated decisions and online safety
The Privacy Act’s additional privacy-policy transparency duties for certain significant automated decisions commence on 10 December 2026.

Australian age-restricted social-media rules and online-safety requirements depend on the real functions of the service. The current app sign-up age of 15 is a product configuration, not a determination that all Community functions are exempt from a higher legal threshold.
