1. Australian Privacy Principles

Strenqo handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. Sensitive information

Health, body, wearable and nutrition information may be sensitive information under APP 3.3. We collect and use such information solely to provide the requested service and the optional features you enable, on the basis of your consent.

3. Children

The minimum age to register from Australia is 15 years, applied by the controller on a precautionary basis taking into account the eSafety Commissioner's guidance and the nature of the service.

4. Overseas disclosure (APP 8)

Strenqo uses sub-processors located outside Australia, primarily in the European Union and the United States. The full list and the transfer safeguards applied to each provider are published at /legal/subprocessors.html. By using the service you accept that we cannot guarantee the overseas recipient will be subject to a law substantially similar to the APPs, and you can ask us to identify the recipients before authorising the transfer for an optional feature.

5. Access, correction, deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by contacting strenqo-support@strenqo.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

6. Notifiable Data Breaches and complaints

In the event of an eligible data breach under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988, Strenqo will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required. You may also lodge a privacy complaint with the OAIC: oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
