Where PIPEDA or applicable provincial laws apply, you may ask how your information is used, request access and correction, and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions that are explained. Contact strenqo-support@strenqo.eu. Information may be processed outside Canada, including by overseas authorities under applicable law.
Complaints and younger users
We aim to resolve requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law and permitted extensions. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the competent provincial authority. The app’s threshold of 13 does not override requirements for meaningful consent, capacity or additional provincial protections.
