European Union and EEA Supplement
This supplement adds information for users in the European Union and European Economic Area.
1. GDPR and equivalent regimes
Where applicable, Strenqo processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and related local data-protection laws.
2. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract, where data is needed to operate your account or requested feature.
- Consent, where required, especially for certain health, sensitive, or optional personalization features.
- Legitimate interests, where permitted, for security, abuse prevention, product integrity, and service operations.
- Legal obligations, where processing is needed to comply with law.
3. Special-category data
Workout, nutrition, body, and connected-health data may qualify as health data or other special-category data. We only process such data where a valid legal condition exists, including your explicit consent where required.

6. EU Representative (Article 27 GDPR)
Not applicable. The data controller is established in the European Union (Italy): Andreas Mondo (sole proprietorship), Via Pianezza 16, 10040 Givoletto (TO), Italy — VAT IT13352600012. Article 27 GDPR designation is therefore not required.
