European rights remain applicable

An Australian operator can be subject to the GDPR when offering services to or monitoring people in the EU/EEA. The main privacy policy identifies the controller, data, purposes and rights. Australia is not presented as an EU adequacy destination merely because it is our operating base.

Your data rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to strenqo-support@strenqo.eu. The normal GDPR response period is one calendar month, with lawful extensions explained. You can complain to the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace or place of the alleged infringement.

Health and other special-category data require an Article 9 condition as well as an Article 6 basis. Specific, informed and freely given consent must be obtained where required. A default setting or a general contract clause is not a substitute for explicit consent.

Controller contact and representation

Contact the controller directly at strenqo-support@strenqo.eu or GPO Box 320, Sydney NSW 2001, Australia. No separately appointed EU representative or DPO is identified in this publication. Any required Article 27 representation, DPO appointment, impact assessment and transfer safeguards must be completed for the actual European processing. This notice does not claim an exemption without that assessment.

Digital services and AI

The AI transparency and connected-data notices explain the EU AI Act and Data Act. The Community terms provide reporting and review channels. Where the Digital Services Act applies to Community hosting or platform functions, the relevant notice handling, reasons, complaints, transparency and representation requirements also apply; a small provider does not automatically have an exemption from every duty.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights, conformity remedies and applicable withdrawal rights remain available. A New South Wales governing-law clause does not remove your mandatory local protections or court rights. A postal box does not replace any physical trader address disclosure that applicable law requires.
