Processing outside the UK requires the applicable safeguards. The Australian location does not itself establish adequacy. No separate UK representative is identified here; any required appointment must be assessed and completed. The app’s UK threshold of 13 is a product rule and does not remove duties concerning children’s data or age-appropriate design.
