This supplement provides additional information for users in the United Kingdom. It complements the main Privacy Policy and does not replace it.

1. UK data protection framework

Strenqo processes personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This supplement should be read together with the main Privacy Policy.

2. Special-category and wellness data

Fitness, nutrition, wearable, body check-in, photo and AI-coaching context may include health-related or special-category data. We process such data to provide the features you request and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent collected at signup and through granular toggles in the app (Profile → Support, privacy and legal). See main Privacy Policy §2.3 and §5 for the full list of categories and consent mechanics.

3. Children

The minimum age to register from the United Kingdom is 13 years, in line with UK GDPR Art. 8 and the ICO Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code).

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent by contacting strenqo-support@strenqo.eu. See main Privacy Policy §8 for how each right is exercised in-app.

5. International transfers

Some of our sub-processors are located outside the United Kingdom (primarily the United States; see Subprocessor list). For such transfers we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs, as appropriate per provider.

6. Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
