1. Optional participation
Community participation requires acceptance of its terms. Your initial Community profile is private, not discoverable and excluded from global leaderboards. Acceptance alone does not opt you into sharing all eligible metrics. You can leave teams, change sharing or disable Community.
This page explains the upcoming release. The Community terms currently presented for acceptance in the app are version 2026-07-22; their Italian text controls if translations differ. The app records the accepted version. Changes requiring renewed acceptance must be presented in the app; a website update alone does not replace an existing acceptance.
3. Respectful participation
Do not post illegal material, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, others’ personal information without permission, deceptive commercial claims or content infringing intellectual property. Do not manipulate recorded activity, rankings or invitations for fraud. Promotions must identify material commercial relationships when required.
Fitness challenges are voluntary. Do not use leaderboards to pressure another person into unsafe training or to present a wellness metric as a clinical judgement.
4. Reports and notices
Use in-app reporting or write to strenqo-support@strenqo.eu with the subject “Community report”. Identify the account or content, provide a URL or enough detail to locate it, explain the concern and include relevant evidence. For a notice of illegal content, include the legal reason if known, your contact details where required and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate.
Avoid including unnecessary health data or prohibited material in your report. A support email is not an emergency channel. You may also use applicable authority or online-safety complaint routes, including eSafety in Australia.
5. Moderation and review
We assess reports in context and may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features or suspend an account proportionately. Relevant factors include severity, risk, context and repeated misuse. When required and legally permitted, affected users receive the reason and information about available review.
To contest a moderation action, contact strenqo-support@strenqo.eu and identify the action and why you believe it was incorrect. Applicable statutory complaint and appeal periods are preserved. Where the EU DSA internal-complaint rules apply, eligible complaints can be submitted for at least six months after the decision. Authorities may contact the same address in English or Italian.
6. Age and regional rules
The app is available from age 16 in the countries listed in the privacy policy; Switzerland and other markets remain 18+, as described in the privacy policy. Access is also subject to any applicable regional online-safety rules. Australia’s restrictions for age-restricted social media services must be assessed against the actual service; a fitness label does not itself establish an exemption.
The EU regional notice explains the relationship with GDPR, the DSA and AI transparency. No unverified regulatory registration or exemption is claimed.
